Join this 60-minute virtual workshop to learn how to use Human-Centred Design and Co-Design techniques to design better services via digital collaboration tools.
The COVID-19 virus has impacted for-purpose organisations around the country, forcing many to work quickly to adapt their services to keep the people they care for and their employees safe. Social distancing and an increase in remote working have also made it more difficult to collaborate across teams. During these times it’s critical that we continue to engage with service users in the design of any changes, to ensure services continue to meet their needs.
This workshop is for CEOs, Board Members and Leaders within for-purpose organisations, who want to understand new ways they can create or improve services, that better meet the needs of their clients in the COVID-19 world.
We will show you how to understand what truly is important to the users of your service, and then how to involve your team to develop innovative new ideas to solve these problems remotely.
