Join this 60-minute virtual workshop to learn how to use Human-Centred Design and Co-Design techniques to design better services via digital collaboration tools.

The COVID-19 virus has impacted for-purpose organisations around the country, forcing many to work quickly to adapt their services to keep the people they care for and their employees safe. Social distancing and an increase in remote working have also made it more difficult to collaborate across teams. During these times it’s critical that we continue to engage with service users in the design of any changes, to ensure services continue to meet their needs.

This workshop is for CEOs, Board Members and Leaders within for-purpose organisations, who want to understand new ways they can create or improve services, that better meet the needs of their clients in the COVID-19 world.

We will show you how to understand what truly is important to the users of your service, and then how to involve your team to develop innovative new ideas to solve these problems remotely.

The workshop will cover the following;

  • What are the steps of the Human-Centred Design and Co-design methodologies
  • Insight into case studies on how the methodology has been implemented successfully in other for-purpose organisations
  • Interactive learning about the key tools and processes

 Outcomes for participants;

  • New techniques and ideas on how to solve your organisation’s challenges and get closer to those you care for
  • The ability to help others in your teams implement some of these tools
  • Tools and techniques to collaborate remotely

 The workshop is presented by Tracey Newman & Daniel Bentley, Co-founders and Directors of Impacto Consulting, a social innovation consulting business whose purpose is to help for-purpose organisations to create better services that deliver social impact.
