Join this 60-minute online seminar to improve your business viability by focusing on business agility and serving those in need.

What is ‘innovation’ and have you been innovative during this period?

All of us have been caught up in the current storm brought by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Some of us have stayed true to what we do and tried to ride it out. Some of us have adapted and changed things up to suit this ‘new normal’ for a period of time and for others this has been the catalyst to change things up for the long term.

Innovation looks different for every business and the extent to which it helps during a crisis or generally as things change through time will be explored. This practical online seminar will provide ways you can improve your business viability with a particular focus on ensuring the business is agile and focused on serving the needs of the people that most need it.

Key Takeaways

  • Create a culture of innovative thinking
  • Develop strategic thinking strategies
  • Embedding innovation into your business model and long term strategy
