The recent pandemic has had a profound impact on peoples’ wellbeing, with many struggling with increased mental health issues.

Employers play a vital role in supporting their employee’s mental wellbeing. By managing the mental health risks means employees will have better capacity to remain engaged and productive in their roles whilst supporting them in their own wellbeing.

This session will discuss mental health in the workplace and COVID 19.

 Key takeaways:

  • Gain knowledge on how to promote and facilitate early help-seeking
  • Learn how to equip teams and individuals with skills such as how to host conversations about the signs of anxiety and symptoms of stress
  • Identifying what the values of self-care application are
  • Learn how to support workers who are working at home

This online seminar is run by Ally KellyChief Executive Officer and Founder of Mind Blank, a charity set up to aim to reduce the risk of suicide through interactive theatre in schools and communities. Ally has led the organisation through nine years of service.
