The Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at QUT is now offering a mid-year scholarship to those who are passionate about fundraising.

The Margaret Scott scholarship, which covers the full cost of the Graduate Certificate of Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies), is available due to alumnus, Margaret Scott.

“I love fundraising and philanthropy and helping charities to do better at fundraising. My mantra is encouraging philanthropy and managing fundraising,” said Scott.

Scott said her goal in donating the scholarship is to inspire a future student to excel in their fundraising and philanthropy career.

In order to be eligible, students must have been accepted into or be currently enrolled in the first semester of the Graduate Certificate of Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies).

The scholarship covers the tuition for the Graduate Certificate in Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies) for up to two years.

Applications are based on a selection criteria, if shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview with the selection panel.
