Re-elected President David Pursley said: “The Gift and Homewares industry and the broader retail sector have endured a tumultuous journey over the past twelve months.
“Looking forward, Gift & Homewares Australia endeavours to provide ongoing support and guidance through the provision of relevant member benefits, world-class Home & Giving Fairs and political counsel on the issues affecting our industry.
“It is the intention of the GHA Committee to proactively lead GHA through these fluctuating economic trials, to continue the growth of the association and in doing so, foster the resurgence of the gift and homewares industry in Australia.”
President David Pursley and Treasurer Barry Marks were re-elected, to be joined by newly elected Vice Presidents Noel Thurlow and John Boyle and a committee comprised of both re-elected and newly elected members.
