Price Attack has donated almost a quarter of a million dollars worth of products to three charities making a difference to women’s and children’s lives.

When exclusive salon partner AG Care rebranded earlier this year, Price Attack seized on the opportunity to use the changeover to make a difference to the community by donating $75,000 worth of products to three charities Dress for Success, Friends with Dignity and Micah Projects.

All three charities support women and children to overcome unemployment, homelessness, and domestic violence.

“The statistics continue to rise and these charities are stepping up and beyond to help families,” said Price Attack National Product Manager Deborah Rowlingson.

Rowlingson highlighted that working with luxury products while being exposed to the rising homelessness and domestic violence created an urgency within the team to create a positive impact.

“There was a ground swell from our team to do something with these products other than sell them.”

Friends with Dignity Chief Executive Officer and founder Manuela Whitford shared that through their donation Price Attack had freed up essential funding, Friends with Dignity could now allocate to other urgent items and resources.

“Self-care and grooming play a significant role in empowering individuals,” said Whitford.

“We believe in restoring the dignity in people.”

Whitford highlighted that to be able to gift the recipients with quality products not only validates them but emphasises how worthy they are of good quality things allowing them to feel valued.  Price Attack has gifted a luxury many rare experience.

“These hair products are not just commodities; they represent compassion, care and Price Attack’s shared vision to make a difference in the lives of men, women, and children in Australia.”
