Sharon is an experienced Career and Leadership change agent, committed to improving wellbeing and performance through organisational culture, strengths- based working and team building. She has worked with a variety of NGO’s and not-for-profit organisations, in a range of sectors such as, health, the arts, education and the global humanitarian sector.
Projects include working with executive teams on strategy, development, and implementation of programs on culture and values, team strengths and emotional intelligence workshops for leaders. Sharon also coaches and supports employees through developmental and behavioural change using a range of frameworks including positive psychology and wellbeing.
Sharon is a member of the Professional Impact Network, a member network that is run by the Social Impact Hub. Its aim is to provide a transformative resource for the social impact sector. She is currently leading a project with one of Social Impact Hub’s clients, looking at how to upscale with impact.
