In 2010, the Frankfurt event saw a total of nearly 9,000 visitors, including:

3,500 exhibitors from 157 countries

Representations from tourist offices, major hotel groups, airlines, destination management companies, service providers and trade associations

Over 3,800 hosted buyers from more than 60 world markets.

2011 will see the first ever IMEX America, to be held in Las Vegas.

With over 2,000 American and international hosted buyers expected, the show is expected to run the largest hosted buyer program ever held in North America.

AuSAE offer

IMEX is asking AuSAE to invite Australian and New Zealand ‘qualified buyers’ (senior not-for-profit managers who organise meetings and events) to attend either of the two IMEX exhibitions to be held in 2011 free of charge.

Delegates will be able to facilitate international trade and professional association linkages, through helping like-minded association members from around the globe to become part of the AuSAE supported group.
