Premier Disability Care Services saved the State Health and Federal NDIS departments over $2 million through cost-effective services delivery and a partnered funding model to ensure patients transition from hospital to home.

In 2023, they will be increasing our ability to provide NDIS supports through their transition and pathway-to-home programs, from their 22-apartment facility in Brunswick on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD.

Premier Disability Care Services is a registered NDIS service provider that specialises in supported independent living that helps people with disabilities live as independently as possible in their own homes or apartments.

Having spent 2022 building partnerships with health providers in Melbourne’s northern suburbs to support the transition of medically fit people living with a disability, out of the hospital and into their own homes, we are proud to announce the opening of our new 22-bed facility in Brunswick, Melbourne.

This state-of-the-art facility offers Supported Independent Living (SIL) options for individuals with disabilities, allowing them to live as independently as possible while receiving the necessary support and assistance. In addition to SIL, their facility also offers affordable disability accommodation options, making it possible for individuals with disabilities to live in a supportive and inclusive environment.
