Australian consulting firm Barhead Solutions has announced that it is an official launch partner for Microsoft’s Fundraising and Engagement for Dynamics 365 Sales.
According to the official announcement by President of Business Applications James Phillips, it is designed to help not-for-profit organisations “uncover new funding sources, strengthen existing relationships and drive fundraising efficiency.”
Right to Play – the global organisation that empowers children to overcome war, poverty and disease – is already experiencing the benefits of the solution as it enables the organisation to “build better programs, fundraise more effectively and reach more children around the world.”
Built in partnership with MISSION CRM, it collates data across multiple existing systems and creates a unified source of information using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. With a 360- degree view of constituents, organisations can drive more impactful engagements and strengthen relationships.
Through automation of business processes, staff members can shift from a reactive to a strategic mindset and focus more on tasks that matter most.
Integrating with Microsoft ERP solutions, financial and fundraising outcomes can be managed through rich visual reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Utilising Azure, the Common Data Model (CDM) for not-for-profits and other technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem, the solution also connects with non-Microsoft systems creating a flexible and interoperable environment. Microsoft has released a demo video, and the solution is now available for preview through AppSource.
To guide Australian not-for-profits as they leverage this innovation, Barhead Solutions is providing its expertise and services. With a dedicated not-for-profit practice, the consulting firm has accumulated deep knowledge and experience through the years, enabling it to easily localise this solution for an Australian market.
According to Barhead Solutions’ not-for-profit Director Amanda Stenson, this solution equips the consulting firm with the tools to provide more effective services.
“The new Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement solution will enable Barhead to provide an accessible, proven and scalable solution to many more not-for-profits. We will be able to focus on helping organisations fulfil their mission by providing proactive tools and insights that complement the core solution and tailor how they engage with donors and supporters,” she said.
Leading Barhead Solutions’ not-for-profits capability team is Stephanus Natawardaja, one of the Microsoft FastTrack recognised Solution Architects (Dynamics 365) in the Asia-Pacific region. He states that the power of Fundraising and Engagement can be largely attributed to the new capabilities in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Microsoft’s customer data platform.
“Thanks to Customer Insight’s new capabilities, not-for-profits can gain the most comprehensive view of donors, utilise AI-driven insights through an abundance of analytics and drive purposeful actions, all while providing unparalleled security.”
Through Microsoft’s Fundraising and Engagement for Dynamics 365, Barhead Solutions continues to help not-for-profits deliver impactful missions through robust Microsoft solutions and technologies.
