This year the 2011 Australian HR Awards had six organisations contending for the Employer of Choice for the Public Sector and Not-For-Profit (NFP) category. The organisations nominated for the award were: Break Thru People Solutions, City of Melbourne, Glen Eira City Council, Main Roads WA, RailCorp and Translink Transit Authority.
While all organisations were well-deserving of the award, Break Thru People Solutions was selected as the Employer of Choice in the NFP sector for 2011.
