Last chance to apply for $10,000 scholarship

The scholarship is provided through the Perth Convention Bureau’s Aspire Program and the recipient will receive $10,000 towards attendance at a relevant international conference.

In 2012, Leadership Western Australia (WA) CEO Sue van Leeuwen was awarded the scholarship.

“As CEO of Leadership WA, I was delighted to hear about Perth Convention Bureau’s Aspire Program and was motivated to apply for the City of Perth Convention Scholarship to attend the 2012 International Leadership Association conference in the United States, with the aim canvassing support for a potential Perth bid to host the meeting in 2014,” says van Leeuwen.

Funding through the Aspire Program covers travel, accommodation and registration expenses to the maximum value of the award.
