< 1 min read

Some of the key findings from the not-for-profits surveyed show that:

99 per cent of NFPs use at least one computer;
95 per cent have an internet connection in the workplace;
81 per cent have an accessible website, and 46 per cent of these have an interactive website through which visitors can communicate with the organisation;
50 per cent see a revenue greater than $50,000
60 per cent put no money into staff or volunteer IT training.
Some of the report’s key recommendations to NFPs were to:
regularly obtain the advice of an experienced and up-to-date technology professional with respect to the practicality of the technology currently being used;
implement a training program for staff and volunteers that could maximise the value of technology investments.
