Helen Szoke discusses culture

Dr. Helen Szoke, CEO of Oxfam, will be discussing challenges and culture at Third Sector’s For Purpose Leadership Forum.

Szoke will share her experiences and challenges in managing a large team and creating a culture that is committed to the mission of a global organisation.
