Funding available for NSW not-for-profits

The grants are intended to support the development and organisation of local Seniors Week events and activities.

According to the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care, the wide variety of local activities for seniors has become a key to the success of Seniors Week.

“Promoting computer literacy and active living among seniors are key areas this year in line with the newly launched NSW Ageing Strategy,” says NSW Minister for Ageing, Disability and Home Care Andrew Constance.

NSW Seniors Week will be held from 17–24 March 2013.
