Scholarships for NFP Managers

Australian Scholarship Foundation (ASF) will provide 15 scholarships to the Not-for-Profit Sector Management Development Program at Sydney’s University of Technology (UTS).

The program is especially designed for managers in organisations within the charitable not-for-profit sector.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop an actual grant proposal which would incorporate financial information (budgets), project management, strategy, communication and project articulation.

The deadline for applications is 17 May 2010. Each scholarship is worth $1600.

Funding of up to $18,200 is available for projects that promote cultural expressions or enhance community development. Expressions of interest will be accepted before 28 May 2010.

Sponsorship of up to $5,000 is also available for annual festivals or major cultural events. The closing date for these submissions is 14 May 2010.
