Registrations open for conference to reduce homelessness

The conference will be held in Melbourne from 30th November to 1st December.

Presentations will be heard from top experts and organisations from the not-for-profit, government and the private sectors. This conference will discuss:

Tools to increase collaboration between not-for-profit welfare agencies and government
Strategies to best adapt to a changing government approach to homelessness service integration
Pathways to transition from state care into sustainable housing
Case and place management models to ensure efficient comprehensive service delivery.

Reducing homelessness is everyone’s responsibility. An integrated framework connecting both mainstream and specialist homelessness services is essential if we are to work towards ending homelessness in Australia.
