Scoping study released on NFP regulator

The paper forms part of the government’s election commitment to strengthen the sector, and seeks comment from stakeholders on the goals of national regulation, the scope of national regulation and the functions and form of a national regulator.

For more information on the paper, or to make a submission, visit the Treasury website. The closing date for submissions is 25 February 2011.
