CoEfficiency Australia facilitated a workshop titled ‘More Funding, Happier Staff and a Green Advantage’ at the 5th Australasian Better Boards Conference 2010.

The event brought together a wide range of not-for-profit board members and CEOs from Australia and New Zealand.

The survey found that NFPs view environmentally sustainable practices as important to:

  • Reduce costs
  • Attract and retain staff
  • Increase funding.

In addition, 98 per cent of respondents felt that government-funded organisations either should, or must, operate in an environmentally sustainable manner.

CoEfficiency Australia supports the NFP sector to operate with organisational and environmental sustainability.
