We’re looking for a passionate, driven Business Development/Account Manager (Media Sales) to join our growing team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will focus on digital and print media offerings as well as conference sponsorship packages. You will be working in a high performing team as the company positions itself for growth over the coming years.

About us:
Third Sector was recently acquired by Octomedia Group – among Australia’s leading business publications. Octomedia’s publications include Inside Retail, Inside Small Business, Internet Retailing, Inside FMCG and Third Sector. Octomedia’s expertise also include custom publishing, white papers and directories. Third Sector offers news, opinions and thought leadership for executives and decision makers in the not-for-profit sector. Third Sector also holds an annual conference and expo for the sector.
Under new management Third Sector is already growing quickly, we’re now looking for a BDM to help facilitate the growth of the Third Sector portfolio. You will be joining a fun and stimulating environment of a passionate group of individuals who are committed and dedicated to the mission of Octomedia.

The role:
It’s predominantly a sales role. You’ll manage multiple accounts, build up great relationships and serve the needs of the client to deliver outstanding results. As a small business publication, you’ll be reaching out and networking with those that supply to the NFP sector which includes Banking, Insurance, Finance, Business Consultants, Marketing Agencies, Legal firms, Telcos and much more.
