New Chief Executive for CanDo Group Charities

Curran has worked for over 15 years in the not-for-profit sector, and has held the position of Chief Executive with scosa (the Spastic Centres of South Australia Inc.) since 2003. Prior to working with scosa, Curran held a range of senior management roles – including Deputy Executive Director – with the Australian Red Cross South Australia Division.

Qualified with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Curran is also a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute. In 2007 she won the South Australian Telstra Business Women of the Year award in the Community Services category.

Chairman of the board of CanDo Group Charities Christine Molitor said “The board are confident Judy’s senior leadership experience in disability services and the private sector, combined with her passion, professionalism and strategic abilities, will enable her to make a significant contribution in assisting CanDo Group Charities, their clients, partners and stakeholders alike to fulfill their objectives.”
