Nominations open for volunteer awards

There are ten award categories:

• MP’s Volunteer of the Year
• Junior Volunteer Award (17 years old and under)
• Young Volunteer Award (18-25 years old)
• Senior Volunteer Award (65 years old and over)
• Business Volunteer Award
• Education Award
• Emergency Management Volunteer Award
• Environment Award
• Innovation in Volunteering Award (organisation or individual)
• Long-term Commitment to Community Service Award.

Federal members of parliament will host award ceremonies across the country to celebrate the achievements of local volunteering heroes.
